- Can I tether even though I used the eBay or PayPal app? Yes, usage of the eBay or PayPal app will not impact your ability to tether.
- Does the IP location matter? No, as long as your IP address is located within the same country as your eBay and PayPal account you will be fine.
- How do I change my device’s IP Address? Simply turn off and back on your device or toggle airplane mode to obtain a new IP Address. Thats the great thing about mobile broadband.. changing your IP address couldn’t be easier.
